« on: May 25, 2010, 11:11:19 am »
I was crawling through some blog posts and came across this one by...

Short summary of the presentation but as usual with Frank's posts quite informative.

Another older post that I am intersted in ....
Who owns the data? This is sort of overlapping the law thread, but who does own the data?
If its my VM and I live in France, and someone hacks in to my VM to commit an offense in the states.
Can the US Govt ask USCloud Co to give them the VM image or force them to as they are in the
States even though MY secure data is on that image?

What if I am writing a thesis which is critical of some US agency that could have bad impacts for me!

Hmmmmmm
PS For US change to any state you like :)
