I want to ask about how to deploy Private Cloud with Cloud Storage Service and about audit of its security.

I need reference or whitepaper or tutorial.

If you're looking for open source options, check out OpenStack Object Storage: http://openstack.com/projects/storage/.  Docs: http://docs.openstack.org/openstack-object-storage/admin/content/.

Not aware of any published security audits on OpenStack or any other open source cloud storage platform.
